Welcome to Happy Print Studio. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Orders & Quotes

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed only after proof approval and any required payment or deposit.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for content that violates copyright, trademarks, or our content policies.

2.  Artworks

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork details, including spelling, sizing, placement, and colors.

    1. All designs are created and positioned by the customer using our design builder. Please ensure that the artwork placement, size, and alignment are correct before adding to cart and completing your order.
    2. By placing an order, you confirm that your design is final and ready for production. Changes may not be possible once the order is submitted.
    3. You confirm that you have the rights to all logos, images, and designs submitted.
    4. Happy Print Studio is not responsible for copyright or trademark issues related to customer-provided artwork.
    5. Customers must upload high-resolution images for best print quality. We are not responsible for poor print results due to low-resolution or low-quality files.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) and may change without notice.
  • Full payment or deposit may be required before production
  • Final payment must be completed before shipment or pickup
  • Setup fees (e.g., embroidery digitizing) are non-refundable

4. Production & Turnaround

  • Production begins once the order is successfully placed and confirmed through checkout.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, production may begin only after order verification or confirmation.
  • Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, or external factors are outside our control

 

5. Shipping & Pickup

  • Orders can be shipped across Canada or picked up locally.
  • Risk transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier or picked up
  • We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by carriers, but we will assist in resolving issues

6. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

  • All products are custom-made.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, color preferences, or design choices made by the customer

  • If there is a defect or printing error caused by us, contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • We will offer a reprint, replacement, or refund at our discretion

7. Printing Methods & Variations

  • We offer printing methods such as DTF, embroidery, and combination printing.

  • The final design used for production is the exact artwork created and submitted by the customer through the design builder at the time of order placement.

  • High-resolution artwork generated or uploaded during the design process will be used for printing.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, branding, and product images belong to Happy Print Studio and may not be used without permission.
  • You retain ownership of your submitted artwork
  • You grant us permission to use your designs for order production

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happy Print Studio’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website means you accept the updated Terms.
