Don’t worry — you don’t need a vector file to place an order. Our design
builder accepts most common file types including PNG, JPG, and PDF. For
the best print quality, especially on embroidery, vector files (AI, EPS,
SVG) do give the sharpest results. If your logo file isn’t quite print-ready,
our team can take a look and let you know if any adjustments are needed
before we go to production — we’d rather catch it early than have you
unhappy with the result.
